Privacy policy
How this website handles your information. Last updated 8 August 2026.
This policy covers the Axiyana Digital website. It is written to be read rather than to be technically unassailable — if anything here is unclear, email us at info.axiyana@gmail.com and we will explain it plainly.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, and message you enter, plus the optional phone number, company name, service selection, and budget range if you provide them.
A theme preference stored on your device. If you switch between light and dark mode, we save that choice in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it next time. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records requests to the site, including IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is ordinary infrastructure logging that we do not control the collection of and do not use to build profiles.
What we do not collect
- We set no advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses no cookies at all.
- We run no third-party analytics on this site at present. If that changes we will update this policy before turning anything on.
- We do not embed third-party maps, video players, social widgets, or fonts, so no third party is notified when you visit a page.
- We never buy, sell, or rent contact data.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the resulting conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing to an address you gave us for a specific question.
Who else sees it
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and reach us by email. They process the submission in order to pass it on. Beyond that, your enquiry is seen only by people at Axiyana Technology Solutions working on your request.
We will disclose information if legally required to do so, and we will tell you if that happens unless we are prohibited from doing so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to work we carry out is retained for as long as we have a business or legal reason to hold it, typically seven years for records connected to a contract.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info.axiyana@gmail.com and we will action it within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason.
You can clear the stored theme preference at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and is a static site with no database and no login, which removes most of the ways a website leaks data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting your information.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Changes that materially affect information we already hold will be notified to affected clients directly rather than only posted here.
