Yes. Both are configurable and applied in the correct order at line and invoice level, with receipt formats and period summaries built for Sri Lankan filing. This was a requirement of the original build, not something added later.

What happens when the internet goes down?

Terminals keep billing offline against their local data and synchronise automatically when the connection returns. Conflicts are resolved on defined rules rather than by overwriting whichever terminal reconnects last.

Can it run across several branches?

That is what it was built for. Each outlet operates independently at the counter while head office sees consolidated stock, sales, and reporting across all locations.

What hardware do I need?

It runs on standard Windows or Android terminals with common barcode scanners, receipt printers, and cash drawers. We will confirm compatibility with hardware you already own before you buy anything new.

How long does deployment take?

A single outlet with clean product data can be live in three to four weeks. Multi-branch rollouts with data migration from an existing system typically take six to ten weeks, most of which is data cleaning rather than software work.

Can I move my existing product and stock data across?

Yes. Migration from spreadsheets or an existing POS is part of the deployment. We reconcile the imported data with a physical stock count before go-live so you start from a number you trust.
